The Opportunity
As an experienced Content Manager & Marketing Specialist, you are someone who has strong writing skills and an understanding of brand positioning, content marketing, and digital marketing channels to create and distribute engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer acquisition. Your role will be to maintain our client’s knowledge base, and develop and execute the company's brand and content marketing strategies, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:
· Writing and maintaining documentation on client projects.
· Interpreting requirements into functional and technical documentation.
· Support trainer documentation on client projects.
· Writing and maintaining documentation on internal projects.
· Develop and execute brand and content marketing strategies that align with business objectives and target audience.
· Develop a deep understanding of target audience and their needs to create content that resonates with them.
· Develop brand messaging and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
· Create and manage a content calendar that includes blog posts, social media content, whitepapers, and other content types that support the overall marketing strategy.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, demand generation, and creative services, to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
· Manage and optimize our social media channels to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website.
· Manage and optimize internal marketing and communications with Catalyst’s team.
· Analyze and report on content marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content marketing and brand strategy.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in brand and content marketing.
· Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
· Strong communicator, with ability to collaborate with team members as well as clients.
· Strong understanding of brand positioning, messaging, and tone of voice.
· Experience creating and managing a content calendar across multiple channels.
· Proficiency in social media marketing and community management.
· Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
· Strong analytical skills to measure and report on the success of content marketing efforts.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Lucidchart are considered assets.
