Our client is a UK recruitment business supporting employers and jobseekers. They are looking for a creative Marketing & Content Executive to help build their brand and strengthen their online presence.
This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media and brand storytelling.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Create engaging posts, graphics and campaigns
Develop quarterly content plans and an annual marketing calendar
Write blogs, recruitment articles and thought leadership content
Promote team achievements, client success stories and company updates
Create content around awareness days, local events and recruitment trends
Design social media graphics using Canva
Repurpose photos and occasional video content supplied by the team
Monitor engagement and provide simple monthly performance reports
What We're Looking For
Experience managing social media for a business
Excellent written English and copywriting skills
Strong Canva or graphic design skills
Understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Strong attention to detail and creativity
