Primary Focus: Luxury Aesthetic, High-Level AI Integration, and Content Operations
We are looking for a Content & Operations Assistant who operates at a "Luxury Standard." This is not a role for a basic task-taker; we need a collaborator who understands the visual language of high-end brands (think Mandarin Oriental or Ocean House) and can pair that aesthetic with high-level AI expertise to drive efficiency.
You will be the "Right Hand" to Lexy, owning the organization of assets, the strategy of personal branding, and the meticulous execution of client content calendars. You are someone who finds a typo physically painful and takes immense pride in delivering work that is 100% "client-ready" the first time.
You are a sophisticated creative who loves the logic of a well-organized folder but lives for the beauty of a well-designed deck. You thrive on collaboration and aren't afraid to speak up if you see a way to make a process better or a design more "luxury."
Personal Branding: Lead the development of Lexy’s own business branding, positioning, and marketing materials (business cards, rate sheets, etc.).
High-End Assets: Create "Incredible" presentation decks and marketing materials that reflect a luxury aesthetic.
Lead Gen: Build and maintain one-page case study websites to showcase successful projects.
Creative Content: Edit short-form video content and design high-level Canva templates from repurposed materials.
AI Integration: Use high-level AI expertise to optimize workflows, generate ideas, and elevate content quality.
Content Management: Build nuanced monthly content calendars in Google Sheets (tracking specific details like Jewish holidays) and schedule posts across IG and LinkedIn.
Copywriting: Draft captions using Lexy’s specific frameworks, turning press features into engaging social posts.
Research: Conduct weekly competitor research and draft a "Friday Report" for clients summarizing market movements.
Asset Architecture: Own the organization of all creative assets (10+ per week) into specific Dropbox structures.
Production Prep: Prepare for shoots and calls by creating detailed shot lists, moodboards, and checklists.
Financial Admin: Manage client invoicing and billing.
Luxury Aesthetic: You must have an "eye" for luxury design. You understand white space, serif typography, and the "quiet luxury" feel.
AI Power User: You are not just a beginner; you know how to prompt and utilize AI tools to produce elite-level work.
Zero-Mistake Threshold: You have an incredible level of detail-orientedness. You double-check every link, date, and pixel.
High Ownership: You don't just "do" the task; you own the outcome and bounce ideas back to Lexy to improve the final product.
Radical Transparency: You are vocal and communicative about your bandwidth, workload, and deadlines.
Experience: Proven track record in content management and graphic design for premium/luxury brands.
Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Dropbox, Google Sheets, LinkedIn/IG Schedulers, and AI Tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.).
Communication: Fluent, high-level English with the ability to capture a specific brand voice.
