The Technical Writer will develop instructional materials, user guides, and documentation that enhance understanding and usability for both healthcare professionals and lay rescuers. Accountabilities:

  • Research, write, and edit instructional content, manuals, and documentation for healthcare training programs
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and operational teams to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Maintain consistency in style, terminology, and formatting across all materials
  • Update and revise content based on feedback, new procedures, and evolving industry standards
  • Ensure content meets accessibility and compliance requirements
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality materials on schedule

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience creating technical or instructional content, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or educational technology
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly content
  • Familiarity with content management systems, documentation tools, and multimedia authoring software
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
