📋 Description

• Maintain and update content across multiple ecommerce websites to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.
• Upload and manage product images, descriptions, links, and front-end content across web properties.
• Launch new products and maintain existing listings across multiple sites and sales channels.
• Organize products into appropriate collections, categories, and merchandising groups based on defined rules.
• Implement updates to product attributes, pricing, and merchandising logic as required.
• Support internal site search functionality by reviewing customer search terms and optimizing product discovery.
• Improve search results through product boosting, categorization updates, and identification of content gaps.
• Partner with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to deploy and maintain promotional campaigns and site content.
• Create, update, and remove promotional pages, banners, and categories according to campaign timelines.
• Validate promotional links, assets, and content to ensure correct functionality and presentation.
• Conduct regular audits of product data, pricing, images, and site content to identify errors or inconsistencies.
• Test site updates and content changes before and after deployment to ensure quality and stability.
• Identify, document, and report bugs or functional issues using designated ticketing or project management tools.
• Coordinate with development and stakeholder teams to track issue resolution and confirm fixes.
• Manage assigned tickets and requests, tracking progress to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Communicate task status, blockers, and dependencies clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Identify recurring issues and workflow inefficiencies and recommend process or tooling improvements.
• Support ad hoc ecommerce operations and content management tasks as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 2–4+ years of experience in ecommerce content management or site operations.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience maintaining multi-site or multi-brand ecommerce environments.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail with a structured quality assurance mindset.
• Show experience with product setup, merchandising, and category or collection management.
• Possess familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar systems.
• Demonstrate understanding of product attributes, pricing updates, and merchandising rules.
• Show experience optimizing site search and improving product discovery.
• Communicate effectively within fast-paced, ticket-driven workflows.
• Collaborate confidently with Ecommerce, Marketing, and Development teams.
• Manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
